The Chocolates Are Healthier to Eat Without Guilt Treat Yourself!

The chocolates are healthier are the ones that have a high content of cocoa and small amounts of sugar, often called chocolate-black, or dark.

Usually, the simplest way to know if your chocolate is good or not is to look at your list of ingredients and nutritional information, and see if you have 70% or more cocoa.

Chocolates blacks not only have the least amount of added sugar, as they present a powerful antioxidant activity.

IMPORTANT CHARACTERISTICS OF THE CHOCOLATES MORE HEALTHY

These are the most important characteristics that a healthy chocolate should contain:

  • Few ingredients (ideally between 2 and 3);
  • Higher cocoa content (therefore, the bitters, above 70%);
  • A higher content of folder cacao (cocoa folder or cocoa should be the first in the list of ingredients);
  • The low-fat, and that is only from the cocoa butter;
  • Zero artificial ingredients.
