CCTV-Camera with Sony Sensor Effio

The Sony CCD sensor, there are many people who still values use the CCD sensor. “Ah I prefer CCD”, “I’ve always worked with CCD”, “I like the CCD”. But here in our region, here in São Paulo, we almost don’t see CCD cameras. We see a lot of digital camera with CMOS sensor right, or so some people even commented that more. Say “Oh, that camera here has 800 lines right”, and in the view of who is buying the more the merrier right, him not knowing what is each, how it works. In my opinion, I already work with cameras a couple of years, I think they took pro CCD sensor. Because he has very few advantages right, though the CCD sensor load the big name manufacturers right, Sony, Sharp, LG, Mintron, which I think was one of the only things that helped right, in his advertisement, he had few advantages.

In my opinion the only advantage that the CCD sensor, it was precisely the Day & Night function, I don’t know if you can see nice there this camera here has the function Day & Night, despite being infrared. What is this Day & Night? Day & Night was a marketing created to explain that the camera is so good in the daytime as at night, she does a good job of recording daily, day and night. But it was very common that in mini cameras right, mini camera, I think I have one here, mini camera, if she had that Day & Night function she was very good right, because as she had no Cannon, she recorded exactly the image the night huh, if I had a little bit of light, illumination, she would register well. So this Day & Night what he did? As the lighting was going over, and going to the right bulbs, amounting to artificial lighting, the camera could still register the image with good quality, sometimes even with color.

And the cameras that had the Day & Night, because they had many cameras that were color, “Oh, that camera here she’s not Day & Night, she is color”, she couldn’t do that role. If we compare with our vision, is what happens to us, we ascended a light, we can see, the eye of the people he fits right, lighting conditions, and we can see if it is dark or almost total no luminosity we won’t be able to see anything. And in my opinion, was the only advantage that the sensor had CCD, in relation to current sensors. And disadvantages, which I consider as disadvantages? The CCD sensor he was very right, mainly pirated Sony.

Because it’s Sony, being a known brand, people say “Oh, Sony us legal” such, they pirateavam too. Sometimes you buy a camera that was written there Sony sensor, this one’s not written anything, but sometimes you buy a camera that was written, and Sony sensor was not Sony, was Sharp, LG or was another fake. We used to say here that it was sensor “Sonia”, why you took 10 cameras of the same make, and each gave a result of different image, sometimes the quality right, the composition of the sensor.

Another problem which I think is too bad that the CCD sensor has the problem with colors right, it distorts the colors, and that even the Sony right, sometimes you get a camera that is red, a camera you’re filming an image that has a red suit, the orange red right, black is gray, anyway Sometimes he twists, and is not a rule, sometimes the Red turns purple.

The other day I was watching a TV report, of a man who robbed a supermarket and such, and the image that the guy showed he was wearing a green shirt. When they found the man and arrested him, and had a number nine behind on my blouse, when they arrested the man and showed the shirt, the shirt was black, so if we were to look for the man by the color of the clothes, I wasn’t going to find right, a green shirt and the shirt the guy was black, that is, a failure of the CCD sensor.

And the third main problem of CCD sensor, which failed to resolve, at least so far right, was the amount of rows. He could not exceed 500 lines right there, despite people who say that CCD sensor with 1 million rows had no right, on time. He had 380, 420, 480 and 540 lines right, and that’s it, the CCD sensor. The CMOS sensor, what happened? He ever lived in our area right for many years. If we compare our current phones with cell phones of 5 years ago, you will see that there’s not even a comparison. And now our equipment, cameras, Canon, and such, they use all CMOS sensor, precisely because he stay away a while of our segment, the CCD sensor fed there, our grace period there, and now he’s back, reworked right, other technologies.

Including the camera I’m shooting is a cell phone with CMOS sensor. And what are the advantages of CMOS sensor? in this case here is a Bullet camera, she has 700 rows, that is, it already has more rows than the largest conventional CCD sensor. She is this one has 24 infrared LEDs and she has a function called GET cut, GO cut is a function of the infra red cannon that I will speak later. The CMOS sensor, the current right, he’s very good, he’s including a highlight color, sometimes the image is kind of erased it enhances color. He is good definition, there are cameras with CMOS sensor, the thing I’ve ever seen, with up to 26 mega pixels right, IE is a lot of resolution, is an IP camera , is an analog camera like this one, but analog camera you find even with 1000 lines, CMOS sensor, has a staff that likes to call digital sensor right, just from what I said, has a staff who is older and has a certain resistance to the CMOS sensor.

He is very good at color and resolution, he doesn’t have that Day & Night function and because of this the image of his day is excellent, the only concern of a CMOS camera is shooting by day with the infra-red Cannon, you solve the problem of the image. He has another advantage as well that is this question of brand right, piracy, don’t, because there’s no CMOS sensor Sony CMOS sensor Sharp, don’t have it there, is digital CMOS sensor and ready.

The function GO cut the cameras have infrared, have, it serves to help the led isn’t, as the leds will light, and the light is over they will ascend, GO cut will go into operation and will help the performance of the cannon there, and we’re going to have one hell of a night image, maybe in the next video I can make an example of the two images there. And for us it was good because it cheapened, technology has evolved, it has a lot of line, the price is lower and the quality of the result that is what we need, register our security right, register the images with good quality.
